Diana J. Wong, PhD
CEO & President

Diana's expertise is in strategy and developing
learning programs for improving organizational
performance. She earned a PhD in organizational
strategy from the University of Massachusetts,
Amherst and an MBA in Finance and International
Business from Dalhouse University, Halifax. With
an extensive international background, Diana focuses
on supporting leaders and management teams with
strategic planning and meeting facilitation, organization
development, leadership development, executive
coaching, training and development, cross-cultural
competency development and organizational learning
systems. Her 20 years of consulting encompass industries
related to health care, automotive, management
consulting, manufacturing, non-profit organizations,
and faith-based organizations. Diana is a certified
coach in conducting 360 degree feedback with the
HayGroup's emotional competency inventory for leadership
development to impact performance. She was the
President of the ASTD, Ann Arbor chapter from 2005-06
and became a Certified Professional in Learning
and Performance by national ASTD in the pioneer
cohort.
Wayne R. Millette, EdD
Sensei Partner

Wayne offers leadership development and management
training to support learning in organizations.
He has a EdD in Leadership and Higher Education
Administration from the University of Massachusetts,
Amherst. His consulting competency centers on
communication, diversity management, team building,
conflict management, retreat facilitation, and
organizational research methods with a global
perspective.
Paul DePalma
Senior Sensei Master

Paul is an accomplished public speaker and presenter
and is acknowledged for his insight and intuition
in solving business challenges.
A graduate of Boston College with a degree in
Economics, Paul received his masters degree in
organization development from Bowling Green State
university.
Community involvement has included serving on
the Board of Governors of the Orlando Regional
Chamber of Commerce, and he is a former Chairman
of the Small Business Chamber’s Board of
Directors. Paul was also a board member of the
Historical Society of Central Florida, and has
contributed his time to the Heart of Florida United
Way, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of America,
and Junior Achievement.

John Ward
Senior Sensei Master

John served as consultant, coach, and change facilitator
to a broad spectrum of organizations. Industries
served include: Associations; Municipalities; Communication;
Entertainment; Energy; Manufacturing; Finance;
Insurance; Banking; Professional Engineering; Architectural
and Accounting Firms; Retail and Wholesale Distributors;
Health and Service Organizations.
He entered the consulting industry with 25 years
of hands-on leadership experience in the petroleum
industry. Working with Fortune 500 companies as
well as family owned enterprises, John has been
responsible for successful start-ups, acquisitions
and restructuring efforts. A skilled public speaker,
he has provided keynote addresses to a wide variety
of audiences. Actively involved in his community,
he has served on the boards of several trade and
service organizations including the local chapters
of the American Cancer Society, Citizens Scholarship
Foundations, School to work program, FARMEDIC,
and others. He currently serves on the Orlando
Small Business Chamber Board of Directors. John
holds a degree in Business Administration from
Rochester Institute of Technology.

Barbara Koenig
Sensei Master Transition Consultant and Coach
Barbara Koenig specializes in executive coaching,
design, development and facilitation to develop
new strategies for organizational change and skills
to improve human performance. Barbara is lead facilitator
of Shifting Gears, a career transition program;
Summer Camp for NEW Entrepreneurs; and a global
business simulation to develop leadership skills.
She earned an M.S. in Human Resource Management
and Organizational Development at Eastern Michigan
University and holds a B.S. in Chemistry. She is
certified in the LEA 360 and DISC social styles
for leadership development. Barb’s professionally
contributes to Ann Arbor ASTD chapter (American
Society for Training and Development) as the Membership
Chairman from 1997 – 2000, and as mentor,
developer and facilitator for Southeastern Michigan's
ASTD Train-the-Trainer; the Interfaith Forum Designer
for the ASTD International Conference in San Francisco;
Girl Scouts Leader and as a leader in her church.
Mary Lauer

Mary has twenty years of business experience in
leadership coaching, strategic planning and leadership
alignment, lean culture coaching, career transition
consulting, change management, cross-functional
team development, training and development, facilitation
and diversity. She has a solid track record of
successful organization development interventions
specifically in operations and complex product
launches in Fortune 100 Companies. She earned a
Master’s Degree in Counseling from John Carroll
University in Cleveland, Ohio. Mary has achieved
a unique blend of Organization Development and
Human Resources Management experiences in diverse
fields including automotive, electronics, program
management consulting, education, healthcare and
retail. She also teaches Strategic Human Resources
Management which is part of the Organizational
and Leadership Administration graduate program
at Concordia University. Her certifications include
Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Birkman First Look
Method. She was the VP-Communication & Marketing
for ASTD, Ann Arbor Chapter from 2005-2007.
Devika (Dibya) Choudhuri, Ph.D.

Dibya is experienced in facilitating effective
change in individuals and groups for over 14 years.
Her expertise focuses on professional development
of women in organizations as well as international
cultural competencies and diversity management
to enable organizational effectiveness in making
global transitions. She is a licensed professional
counselor, a certified coach for the Hays Group
360 degree Emotional Competency Inventory to promote
leadership development, and a multicultural and
diversity trainer. In addition, she holds credentials
as a nationally certified counselor and clinical
supervisor. She earned a Ph.D. in Counselor Education
and Supervision from Syracuse University, in New
York and a Master's degree in Counseling from the
University of Vermont. She is also currently an
Associate Professor of Counseling at Eastern Michigan
University. Dibya approaches organization development
and change by building the healthy growth of leaders
to build healthy organizations.
