Sensei is composed of two words:


Sen (before),

sei (born)


meaning born before.


Literally, sensei means “one who gives guidance along the Way”; “one who goes before on the path”; wisdom from experience.


Sensei imparts knowledge to guide others and is a term of respect for “Teacher” or “Master” of their discipline.

Diana J. Wong



Diana's expertise is in strategy and developing learning programs for improving organizational performance. She earned a PhD in organizational strategy from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Dalhouse University, Halifax. With an extensive international background, Diana focuses on supporting leaders and management teams with strategic planning and meeting facilitation, organization development, leadership development, executive coaching, training and development, cross-cultural competency development and organizational learning systems. Her 20 years of consulting encompass industries related to health care, automotive, management consulting, manufacturing, non-profit organizations, and faith-based organizations. Diana is a certified coach in conducting 360 degree feedback with the HayGroup's emotional competency inventory for leadership development to impact performance. She was the President of the ASTD, Ann Arbor chapter from 2005-06 and became a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance by national ASTD in the pioneer cohort.



Wayne R. Millette, EdD

Wayne Millette



Wayne offers leadership development and management training to support learning in organizations. He has a EdD in Leadership and Higher Education Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. His consulting competency centers on communication, diversity management, team building, conflict management, retreat facilitation, and organizational research methods with a global perspective.



Paul DePalma

Paul Depalma



Paul is an accomplished public speaker and presenter and is acknowledged for his insight and intuition in solving business challenges.


A graduate of Boston College with a degree in Economics, Paul received his masters degree in organization development from Bowling Green State university.


Community involvement has included serving on the Board of Governors of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, and he is a former Chairman of the Small Business Chamber’s Board of Directors. Paul was also a board member of the Historical Society of Central Florida, and has contributed his time to the Heart of Florida United Way, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of America, and Junior Achievement.

John Ward

John Ward



John served as consultant, coach, and change facilitator to a broad spectrum of organizations. Industries served include: Associations; Municipalities; Communication; Entertainment; Energy; Manufacturing; Finance; Insurance; Banking; Professional Engineering; Architectural and Accounting Firms; Retail and Wholesale Distributors; Health and Service Organizations.

He entered the consulting industry with 25 years of hands-on leadership experience in the petroleum industry. Working with Fortune 500 companies as well as family owned enterprises, John has been responsible for successful start-ups, acquisitions and restructuring efforts. A skilled public speaker, he has provided keynote addresses to a wide variety of audiences. Actively involved in his community, he has served on the boards of several trade and service organizations including the local chapters of the American Cancer Society, Citizens Scholarship Foundations, School to work program, FARMEDIC, and others. He currently serves on the Orlando Small Business Chamber Board of Directors. John holds a degree in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Devika (Dibya) Choudhuri, Ph.D.

Devika (Dibya) Choudhuri



Dibya is experienced in facilitating effective change in individuals and groups for over 14 years. Her expertise focuses on professional development of women in organizations as well as international cultural competencies and diversity management to enable organizational effectiveness in making global transitions. She is a licensed professional counselor, a certified coach for the Hays Group 360 degree Emotional Competency Inventory to promote leadership development, and a multicultural and diversity trainer. In addition, she holds credentials as a nationally certified counselor and clinical supervisor. She earned a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Syracuse University, in New York and a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Vermont. She is a Professor of Counseling at St. Joseph's University and the former Chair of the National Board for Certified Counselors to set standards for the counseling profession. Dibya approaches organization development and change by building the healthy growth of leaders to build healthy organizations.

Ruth Chis

BBA in International Business and Management

Ruth Chis



Ruth is the Program Manager for most of Sensei Change's initiatives. Her primary expertise include instructional design for global programs, facilitation of business simulations, survey and feedback processes, and Spanish. While she is originally from Romania, she traveled to Argentina and created an English language program for students to develop and improve their English. Ruth also developed English cultural and language programs for participants in China to help bridge cross cultural divides. She is certified in the Intercultural Development Inventory to support learning engagements for leaders who want to develop their cross cultural competencies. The fun part about working with Ruth is her serious attention to details and organization to make sure everything is in place for the Sensei Change team to succeed.

Sun (Sunny) Chao

MSc Human Resources and Organization Development

Sun Chao



Sun Chao is the Global Training and Development Manager to provide leadership for the international initiatives. He received his MScHROD degree from the joint Eastern Michigan University and the Tianjin University of Commerce program. His focus is on developing cultural and language competencies with both students and business professionals, especially between China and the US. Sun Chao's expertise focus on bridging and translating both language and cultural contexts to develop successful academic and business intercultural relationships. Currently, he serves as a member of the non-profit board, Navarasa Dance Theater, and actively engages in professional organizations such as the Society for Human Resource Management and American Society for Training and Development. He is originally from Chifeng (Inner Mongolia), China. Life is always a global adventure with Sun Chao as he bridges cultural perspectives for others to travel with him.

Molly Leonard, MSHROD, GPCC

MS Human Resources and Organization Development and a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach

Molly Leonard



Molly is the Director, Strategic Design and Development to provide consulting services and lead facilitation for high quality discussions in retreats, workshops, and meetings. She is a gifted professional leadership coach, trainer, and presenter to support professional development to the next level. Molly is also a Lead facilitator for the Michigan Shifting Gears program for professionals who seek to make a career transition. Her work includes a range of industry sectors such as automotive, information technology, aviation, health care, travel and tourism, federal government agency, higher education, and manufacturing. With an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, Molly also led the development and growth of a professional non-profit organization for OD professionals, the ODeXchange. She is also a cerfied facilitator of the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI). Her work also includes traversing different international spaces that include the Middle East and North Africa. She brings insightful leadership to learning and development with a high level of positive, encouraging energy to successfully confront challenges. Molly's passion in making community contributions focuses on preparing today's youths to become tomorrow's leaders.
